FAQs
What are the requirements to start flight training?
To begin flight training, you must be at least 16 years old to solo and 17 to obtain a Private Pilot License (PPL). You’ll also need to pass a basic medical exam and be able to read, speak, write, and understand English. No prior aviation experience is required.
How long does it take to get a pilot’s license?
The timeline varies depending on your schedule and weather conditions, but most of our students earn their Private Pilot License in 1 to 3 months if training consistently. The FAA requires a minimum of 40 flight hours, though most students need around 50–70 hours to be fully prepared.
How much does flight training cost?
Flight training costs can vary based on aircraft type and how frequently you train. On average, earning a Private Pilot License ranges from $10,000 to $14,000. We offer personalized training schedules to help make it manageable.
Do I need any experience before starting?
No previous flight experience is necessary. We train students from the ground up, starting with the basics. All you need is a strong interest in aviation and the commitment to learn.
What kind of aircraft will I be flying?
Our fleet includes modern, well-maintained training aircraft such as the Cessna 172 and Piper Warriors. These planes are ideal for learning due to their reliability, stability, and wide use in flight schools across the country.
